WHAT: Stretch-Flow is a class that has been created by Cathy Burnett after years of teaching dance, yoga and taking classes in the Feldencrais technique. Cathy blends/fuses these modalities into one slow continuous flow of movement. This class is also designed to balance the right and left hemispheres of the brain via the music which has scientifically been created to achieve this effect.
WHO: Cathy has been a dancer for over 50 years dancing professionally in New York City, as well as teaching dance and movement in various Universities. Currently she is on the faculty at the University of British Columbia as a movement professor in the BFA acting program.
