Taylor DiSera

Taylor’s yoga journey began in 2010 when she was looking for a new way to get active. It wasn’t until she found the Moksha community that her practice truly deepened as she started to understand the effect that yoga has on both the body and the mind. In 2016, Taylor completed her Level 1 Teacher Training in Kelowna. She believes that yoga is the perfect antidote to the chaos of life. Through her teaching, Taylor strives to give students the time and space to stop, breathe, and connect to what is truly important.

Off the mat, you can find Taylor at UBC studying to become a high-school science teacher or in the kitchen cooking up some yummy vegan cuisine.
