Erin Wilkins

Erin began practicing at Moksha Yoga Vancouver in 2009 when she moved into the neighbourhood. New to yoga at the time, she never would have imagined that yoga, and the Moksha community, would play such an important role in her life.

Yoga is now a part of her everyday routine; you will see her most days having a cup of tea before class, chatting with friends, watering the plants, or cuddling with Quasi! Practicing daily enhances her physical fitness and starts her day off beautifully connecting breath with movement.

As the Yoga Advisor, Erin has enjoyed the opportunity to connect with new students by providing them with information about the studio, and welcoming them to the community.

When she is not at the studio or at the beach with my scruffy pup Gigi, Erin works as the Chair of the Recreation Studies Department at Langara College, teaching in the Bachelor of Recreation Management and the Bachelor of Business Administration programs.

Erin was born and raised here on the West Coast and plans to be a part of the Moksha Yoga Vancouver and Jericho communities for years to come!
