2 Hearts Prenatal Workshop
Prenatal Yoga is designed to prepare students for birth in an empowering, informative and supportive environment. Each class incorporates postures, pranayama (breathwork), and meditation specific to the prenatal body and birth experience. We will strengthen and relax muscles needed for labour and birth, stretch areas of tenderness and fatigue, and discuss how to adapt postures to accommodate the ever changing prenatal body. This class will also include talk on prenatal, birth, and postpartum topics so that you leave class not only feeling physically nourished but more confident in your ability to navigate your journey towards motherhood. This class is appropriate for all trimesters and all level of yoga practitioner. This is not a heated class!
This class will run every Saturday from 1-2:15pm in June
$25 per class
$80 for all 4
