Meet your teacher Clara Johnson:
I found my mat in 2004 and quickly fell in love with the practice’s many teachings. After many years dedicated to Ashtanga Yoga, the experience of pregnancy, birth and motherhood supported a shift towards a softer and more introspective practice. With my son’s arrival in 2016 I now see Yoga in all aspects of my life. Aside from teaching yoga, I am passionate about all things birth! I have worked as a birth & postpartum doula, midwife’s assistant, Sacred Pregnancy Instructor, and Childbirth Educator. I believe birth and yoga are innately connected and I am passionate about sharing that connection with my prenatal students at Moksha Vancouver!
Clara is an E-RYT 200 in Ashtanga with specialized training in Prenatal & Postnatal, Yin, and YHot.
