Melissa began practicing yoga many years ago. As a professional dancer she approached yoga as a way to improve her flexibility, and it did. However it didn’t take long till it brought on a feeling of peace and calm. A regular yoga practice has made me more open and accepting to whatever life throws at me. After finishing her first Moksha class it all just clicked in. She knew her life would be forever changed, and it has. Just one year after her first Moksha class she attended the teacher training in July 2010. She is so thrilled to be a Moksha instructor and part of this amazing community.
With dance training you more than often push your body and cause injury. This practice has not only helped to heal my body pains it has brought more acceptance of my body, however it is. .
It just makes my life better!
