Growing up as a dancer, movement has laid a deep foundation within my body. Until I landed in Victoria, B.C. I had never experienced what this movement could be with an added mindful approach to breath. Witnessing the awareness and growth that seems to always progress with the practice, I am so grateful to have the opportunity to guide you all along in a journey that has the power to change your life.
From my experience and trainings I offer a practice that is fluid and alignment based, relaxing yet fun! I aim to leave you feeling open and energized (although my yin classes tend to put some into a deep sleep). Can’t wait to meet you on the mat!
