Ali Smith

Hi, i’m Ali and yoga has been in my life in different shapes and forms for over 10 years.
After growing up as a competitive figure skater, I am so grateful to have found a practice that is both healing and strengthening in the body, mind and heart.

To me, yoga means- finding peace through the chaos and gratitude for every moment of every breath. Accepting what is and letting go of expectations. Yoga gives me the opportunity to connect deeper with my true self and all those around me.

-Vinyasa Flow teacher training- July 2015
-Yin teach training- August 2015
-Moksha Flow teacher training- November 2015

The Moksha pillar I am currently focusing on is Live to Learn. Through my own practice, through students and teachers in different classes, various trainings, retreats and just life. Every challenging experience is a chance to learn, grow and explore, dive in!
